At Neptune International Learning, strict health and safety measures are taken to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the learning environment.

All classes are private tutoring with only one student and one teacher. The waiting room is spacious enough for parents to wait with social distancing. However, parents are recommended to enjoy walking around the mall and use the variety of services provided for them such as cafes, gyms, spas and so on.

• All students and parents check in with a prior appointment.

• The temperature of all members are checked before entering.

• Self-declaration form must be submitted before arriving at Neptune.

• The office and classrooms are regularly disinfected and cleaned properly.

• All students, parents , teachers and staff must wear a face mask properly at all time.

In case of lockdowns, all classes will have to be done online via Video Calls. Neptune International Learning guarantees the high quality of interactive online classes. The experience will be the same quality as attending the class physically.
