Fees and  Policies

 

I. Private Coaching – Languages & School Subjects
Our Private Coaching package is designed to provide flexible, personalized learning across both language studies and school subjects.
Package Details
•     Duration: From 10 hours up to 200 hours (see pricing above).
•     Scheduling: Students may select the number of hours per week and preferred days. Once agreed, the schedule is fixed.

Cancellation Policy
•     Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance during office hours.
•     Late cancellations or absences will result in the scheduled hour being deducted from the package.
•     For every 10 hours purchased, students are allowed up to 2 cancellations without penalty.
Contract & Expiration
•     Each package comes with a contract that includes an expiration date, calculated based on the agreed schedule and allowable cancellations.
•     Students are required to complete all purchased hours before the expiration date.

 

 

​​​​​II. Flexi-Learning Program

Our Flexi-Learning Program is designed for students who need maximum flexibility in their schedules.
Package Details
•     Duration: Choose from the packages listed above.
•     Scheduling: No fixed schedule is required. Students may adjust their learning times day by day or week by week, depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
•     Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance during office hours.
•     Late cancellations or absences will result in the scheduled hour being deducted from the package.
Contract & Expiration
•     Each package provides a set number of learning hours with a time limit.
•     The contract ends when either the purchased hours are completed or the time limit is reached—whichever comes first.

The Full-Day Immersive Program is ideal for students who want to make the most of their long holidays by dedicating extended time to learning.

•     Eligibility:
•     New students may purchase a fresh package.
•     Existing students may redeem their remaining private contract hours.
•     Rates: Please refer to the package rates listed above.

Program Structure
•     Designed for full-day learning sessions, maximizing focus and progress during holiday periods.
•     Offers an immersive environment that supports rapid skill development and deeper subject mastery.

The Corporate Level-Up Program is designed specifically for business professionals who want to strengthen their English communication skills in a practical, workplace-focused setting.
Package Details
•     Group Size: Minimum of 3 participants.
•     Level Range: Suitable for learners from A2 to C1 (CEFR framework).
•     Sessions: 12 sessions, each lasting 2 hours.

Program Focus
•     Tailored to the needs of professionals, emphasizing business English for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and workplace communication.
•     Encourages collaborative learning and peer interaction to build confidence in real-world business contexts.

 

 

​​​​V. Hybrid International Homeschool
The Hybrid International Homeschool Program offers families a flexible, globally minded approach to education, combining structured learning with the convenience of studying from home.

•     Payment Options: Tuition can be paid monthly or yearly.
•     School Year Length: One academic year consists of 10 months of study.
Program Structure
•     Designed to balance international standards with personalized learning at home.
•     Provides consistency across the school year while allowing families to choose the payment plan that best suits their needs.
