🎓 Hybrid International Homeschool

In our program, students will learn 4 main subjects ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science online with some of the best native American teachers. Students also get to choose to learn 2 elective courses online with American teachers such as Robotics, Engineering, Music, PE, Arts, etc. However, students attend classes at Neptune and are coached by teachers at Neptune (6 subjects per year). When a student enrolls in our courses, they will receive:

✓ Video-based lessons taught by some of America’s greatest teachers;

✓ And personalized instruction based on individual student needs.

The program ensures that each student has mastered necessary concepts before moving them on to the next grade, keeping them on pace with their peers.

Parents have instant access to students’ progress using the App and can check the progress, GPA, attendance and curriculum. Parents can also ask for transcripts and email teachers using the app. After completion of the courses, transcripts are available. Fully Accredited – Western Association of Schools & Colleges (WASC)

Thai and Chinese courses can be added to the program upon request. Extra fees may apply for these courses.

Students are required to attend the classes on time and wear the proper uniform. Lunch is provided and served at Neptune.

🎓 Graduation Requirements

To earn a high school diploma from Neptune Hybrid International School, students must meet the following criteria:

Total Credits: Accumulate a minimum of 24 high school credits, fulfilling the specified requirements in each subject area.
Neptune Credits: Complete at least six credits through Neptune Hybrid International School, including one credit in each of the four core subjects: mathematics, science, language arts, and social studies, plus two elective credits.
Enrollment Duration: Be enrolled and actively engaged in meaningful study at Neptune Hybrid International School for a minimum of twelve months.
Age Requirement: Be at least 16 years old at the time of graduation.
Financial Obligations: Settle all outstanding financial obligations with Neptune Hybrid International School.

Units of Credit

Credits are awarded on a 'unit of credit' basis. One unit (1.0 credit) equates to a full year of instruction in a course, while a half unit (0.5 credit) corresponds to a semester or half-year of instruction.

Graduation Pathways

Neptune Hybrid International School offers two graduation pathways:

Standard High School Diploma – This pathway aligns with the minimum credit requirements for graduation and is recommended for students planning to attend community college or enter the workforce directly after high school.
High School Graduation with Honors – This more rigorous program is designed for students aiming to apply to competitive four-year colleges with stringent admissions criteria.

Transferring Credits

Credits earned from other accredited high schools may be transferable.
An official transcript is required for the transfer of credits.
Only courses with a grade of C- (70%) or higher are eligible for transfer.
Neptune Hybrid International School reserves the right to decline the transfer of credits.
At a minimum, students must complete the entire 12th grade through Neptune Hybrid International School, earning at least six credits.

Commencement Ceremony

Graduates are invited to participate in our annual Commencement Ceremony in the USA. This special event provides an opportunity for students to celebrate their achievements and connect with peers. Participation is optional and not a requirement for graduation.
